While both utilize the same foundational breathwork techniques, the intention differs. Social Circles focus on deepening personal bonds, shared reflection, and communal healing among friends or family. Corporate Resets are specifically tailored for the workplace, focusing on nervous system regulation, burnout prevention, and enhancing collective team resilience and focus.

Our studio comfortably accommodates intimate groups of 4 to 10+ guests for Social Circles. For Corporate Resets, we can host larger teams depending on whether the session is held at our studio or on-site at your office location

Not at all. Our group sessions are designed to be accessible for everyone, from complete beginners to seasoned practitioners. Every session begins with a thorough introduction to the technique and safety guidelines.  

Yes. Private Social Circles can be themed around specific milestones (birthdays, transitions, or seasonal shifts). Corporate Resets can be customized to address specific team challenges, such as high-stress periods, team-building retreats, or ongoing wellness initiatives.

Most sessions are held in our curated sanctuary on Cape Cod. However, for Corporate Resets and larger private events, we offer on-site options where we bring the experience to your office or chosen venue

We provide the essential ritual tools. Participants are simply encouraged to wear comfortable, non-restrictive clothing and come with an open mind. For on-site corporate sessions, we will provide a specific checklist based on the venue's setup.
