EVENTS & RETREATS

 Events are typically single-day or single-session experiences — a themed Breathwork journey, workshop, or ceremony held at a specific venue. Retreats are multi-day immersions that go deeper, combining Breathwork, Lightwork, community, rest, and integration time. Both are powerful. Events are a wonderful entry point; retreats are for those ready to surrender into a longer process of transformation. 

 No prior experience is required. Retreats are designed to welcome people at all stages — first-timers and seasoned practitioners alike. If you are completely new, it can be helpful (but not necessary) to attend one group or private session beforehand so your body has some familiarity with the practice. That said, many people's first Breathwork experience is a retreat, and it is often life-changing precisely because of that. 

 Each event and retreat listing includes specific registration terms. In general, we ask that you reach out as soon as possible if your plans change.
